SHIPPING

We currently ship anywhere worldwide.

We ship from the beautiful city of Malaga, Spain. Orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours, Monday to Friday. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your order has been sent out.

Once we've reviewed and manufactured your order we'll hand over your package to our shipping carrier within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) during normal times* and send you your tracking number. 

We use the national post for all our shipments. This means your package will be received and delivered by your country’s national Post.

We also offer an express shipping option at checkout.

  • UK: 1 week
  • Europe: 1 week
  • Canada: 2 -3 weeks
  • Middle East: 2 -3 weeks
  • Asia: 2 -3 weeks
  • Australia & NZ: 2 -3 weeks
  • South America: 2 -3 weeks

All our shipments are certified and require your signing at the delivery.

If you haven’t received your package, please email us at contact@giftformydoctor.com and we will assist you.

We ask for your phone number to ensure smooth delivery and communication with the shipping carrier. In case there are issues with your address or the delivery process, your local carrier may contact you directly to avoid delays or returns.

We respect your privacy — your phone number will never be used for marketing purposes and is shared only with the shipping service for delivery-related needs.

PAYMENT

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for every order placed through our online store. Also, your credit card information is never stored on our database.

RETURNS

As your order is 100% unique and custom made, we can't accept returns.

Please submit a replacement request to contact@giftformydoctor.com as soon as you notice the damage and/or defect. We will offer you a replacement and send it out to you as fast as we can.

To cancel the order you must notify us within 24 hours from when the order was placed.

Orders that have been sent to production can't be cancelled under any circumstance.
