Non Personalised Items:
You can return non personalised items within 14 days since delivery date. The return shipping cost will be at your charge.
Make sure to include a note with your name & order number with your return, otherwise we cannot localize the transaction for the refund.
Returned lamp must be adequately protected against damages, by being shipped in the same packaging they came in. An item received damaged or incomplete will not be refunded.
Returns are to be made in parcels tracked.
Once received, returns are processed within 1 to 4 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been sent.
Personalised Items:
We are sorry but all customised items are non-refundable/exchangeable and are considered final sale.
However, if the goods you have received are not what you ordered or are defective, please contact our Customer Service by email at contact@giftformydoctor.com within 14 days to discuss an exchange and our return process.
