Shipping policy

 

All of our products are personalised and are made to order in our workshop in Malaga, Spain.

Production Time

Since your lamp is a custom design, please allow on normal times 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) for your order to be dispatched from our workshop, but during the end-of-year holiday times (November till January) you can expect the production time to increase up to 3-6 business days.

When your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number in your email. If you have not received it, or have another problem, please reach contact@giftformydoctor.com and we will help you as soon as possible! 

Delivery time:
The delivery time corresponds to the shipping time + the time in transit with the carrier of your choice.

* Express Shipping fee is non-refundable. Failed delivery due to wrong address requires 18€ re-shipping fee.
